About the Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in helping to:
• Support the Financial Planning & Analysis team to deliver analysis of divisional financial performance, forecasting, planning, target setting, and monitoring of productivity targets;
• Build solid relationships and a level of stakeholder management;
• Design and develop tools and analytics in Financial Planning & Analysis for best practice purposes;
• Shape decisions and maximise value, through deep understanding and interpretation of financial results and business and market trends; and
• Analyse business performance and key business drivers to identify issues requiring addressing and emerging trends.
• Appropriate leadership and support to ensure accuracy and timeliness of month-end delivery requirements, ensuring Regulatory, Taxation and Financial Strategy are completed to support financial reporting and successful audit completion.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, with professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), or equivalent, and substantial experience in finance and analytical roles.
• Demonstrated business knowledge and strong commercial acumen.
• Proven stakeholder management capability, with effective communication and influencing skills.
• Highly developed analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong understanding of financial performance, business and market trends, and the regulatory environment.
