About the Role

As a Senior Payment Specialist in our Team, you’ll play a key role in helping to ensure that ANZ customers spanning across all segments are provided with a quality, consistent and efficient payment experience, even when manual intervention is required. You will be responsible for the successful processing of different product in Payment processing team.

What will your day look like?

As a Senior Payment Specialist, you will:

• Become a subject matter expert on Payment Processing standard operating procedures
• Do right the first time, demonstrating exemplary standards of quality
• Maintaining a high level of productivity
• Escalating where appropriate, informing team leaders and/or management of concerns and issues as and when they arise
• Demonstrating an intermediate level of knowledge of the Hong Kong Payments landscape
• Demonstrating an intermediate level of knowledge of ANZ's Payments systems such as Global Payplus, GCP, AMH
• Demonstrating an intermediate level of knowledge of Payments Industry standards such as SWIFT formatting and Financial Crime Standards
• Continuously looking for ways in which the customer experience can be enhanced.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Knowledge of ANZ payment systems is preferred (SWIFT, GPP, GCP, MIDANZ)
• Basic level of understanding of Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Outlook.
• Proven ability to effectively plan and coordinate incoming work and enquiries
• Possess a Service-based mindset with strong customer focus
• Ability to be keen to details, with high concern for quality
• Proactive learning attitude and self-motivated
