The Payments Officer, Institutional is critical to making this happen and will be primarily responsible for execution & monitoring of daily operations for payments (Cheque, Giro, TT & Cashiers’ Order, etc) and ensure that SLA & accuracy are met at all time.

 

Key accountabilities of this role will be

 

  • Improve productivity

  • Enhance customer experience by implementing end to end process improvements

  • All work instructions are reviewed and updated according

  • Develop good working relationships with all stakeholders

  • Cross training within team and across PTM (Asset) team.

  • Strong experience in payments (High Value & Low Value Products)      

  • Focus towards risk management

  • Good communication skills with ability to co-operate with internal parties.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail. Understand the risk and always be alerted on the method of mitigating that risk.

  • Good knowledge of payment products and processes.  Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
