About the Role
Reporting to the Head of FX Investor Sales, Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the Bank’s FX distribution franchise across both flow and non-flow products. Working closely with our Trading and Syndication teams, you will be responsible for delivering tailored FX solutions to institutional clients while contributing to the growth and strategic development of the business.
As a Director, Financial Institutions FX Sales, you will leverage your market expertise and industry network to originate new business opportunities and deepen existing client relationships across Sovereign Wealth Funds, Central Banks, Real Money investors, and Leveraged Funds. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, increase wallet share, and position the Bank as a trusted partner for FX products and solutions within the institutional investor segment.

What will your day look like?
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Achieve FX revenue and business growth targets across institutional client segments.
- Build, deepen, and institutionalize strategic client relationships while expanding wallet share.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Trading, Relationship Managers, Research, and Syndication teams to enhance client outcomes and franchise value.
- Proactively originate and deliver FX and other relevant financial products tailored to clients' needs.
- Support the execution of the Markets strategy and contribute to the growth of the FX franchise.
- Maintain a strong risk and compliance culture by adhering to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and effective limit management practices.
- Implement and oversee front-office controls and processes to minimise operational, transactional, and dealing risks.
- Demonstrate strong leadership by fostering high performance, mentoring junior team members, promoting best-practice sharing, and driving effective cross-functional collaboration.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will bring the following:
- Strong Investor Sales background and extensive knowledge of the relevant markets.
- Ability to work in a team across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Experience in dealing with internal and external clients and negotiating with clients and stakeholders at all seniority levels.
- Strong customer focus and ability to drive results.
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory framework and requirements in the countries ANZ Global Markets operates in.
- Strong technical knowledge in fixed income products is a plus.
