The T&C Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for seamless delivery of Talent and Culture Operations processes to in-country end users.  This role delivers complex workflows for operational, payroll and fulfilment activities which need to remain in-country due to operational governance, regulatory, location specific, or end-user facing reasons.   

 

Ensure end to end T&C processes are followed and executed within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Regulatory requirements.

Manage quality assurance including resolving process and processing defects, and ensuring timeliness and accuracy of processes

Provide administration of tax reporting of payroll and benefits related tax activities. This includes but not limited to maintaining records, reconciling / reviewing tax filing activities, and will be viewed as a subject matter expert for all stakeholders

Role Type: 2 years fixed term

What will you bring?

 

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Tertiary qualified and extensive years relevant T&C payroll and operations experience

  • Good analytical and time management skills

  • Experience in Tax Reporting &  Regulatory and Statutory requirements reporting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and Microsoft office skills is required

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
