The Manager, Markets Pre-Trade Services is critical to making this happen and will -

• Co-ordinate and manage for Markets Pre-Trade Services Processes, which cover Regulatory, Product, Legal, Credit processes both locally and globally

• Drive strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure clients are compliant

• Running Controls to ensure our Service Providers are meeting SLA and Quality metrics

• Develop and implement strategy/ies to improve the processes (where applicable) to improve customer experience

• Identify risk & security issues within the process and determine remedial plans

Role Location: Shanghai

Role Type: Permanent / Full time  

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Experience in servicing different client types (i.e. Corporate, Hedge Funds, Financial Institutions

• Understanding of Markets Products & Systems

• Relationship building

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting Markets Products

• Analytical and Problem Solving

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
