About the role

As a ACM Senior Officer, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of daily targets and customer service in ANZ China via robust learning and development frameworks. Your responsibilities include KYC, Static Data, Channel Registration, associated reporting and quality checks. You need to ensure timely and accurate processing of work for both internal and external customers in line with expectations and within the agreed criteria set out in service level agreements and established policies.
Role Location: ANZ Shanghai, China
Role Type: 2-Year Contract, Full-time
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -
- Knowledge of multi-country, multi-entity financial accounting
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal in English & Mandarin
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of AML and KYC requirement
- Experience in regulatory reporting, Account and Channel Maintenance is preferred
