About the Role
As a Manager, Front Office & Business Support, you will be responsible with the following:
Front Office Support
- Post trade lifecycle issue management and support (cancellations, amendments, options expire etc) on behalf of the Trading & Sales desk.
- Key escalation contacts for Markets on trade lifecycle issues and achieve remediation of these issues with Operations/Product Control/Business.
- Participate in STP capabilities for the business and introduce process improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency and capabilities of the business and client experience.
- Driving development and review of new and existing trade capture booking models for new product implementation.
- Driving development of internal controls for trade capture models, mitigating operational risks through a proactive approach.
- Documentation of procedures and controls across FO Support activities.
- Coordinate of UAT/Implementation of front office system migrations and developments.

Business Support
Support business management in Markets Korea. Including but not limited to the following:
- Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of key business initiatives.
- Coordinate and implement new systems, regulations or business models subject to Markets Korea.
- Coordinate and facilitate regular and ad hoc meetings by assisting with materials and following up on the action items.
- Coordinate and facilitate the Markets Business processes and manuals regarding Balance Sheet Coverage Model, Korea BIM, User Access Management, OMR Monitoring and Hedge limit Monitoring.
- Support improvements to STP developments through identification of process deficiencies.
- Organize and coordinate Local and Global NPC to initiate and implement new products for Markets business.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Experience in financial services with extensive middle office experience.
- Working knowledge of FX, Rates & Credit financial products, middle office processes and the Front Office trading system e.g., Murex. Knowledge of broker execution platforms will be advantageous.
- An ability to be flexible in your daily work routine to cater to ad hoc investigations or reporting requirements. Able to work on an individual basis but also as a part of a bigger local and global team.
- Able to influence people to deliver outcomes.
- Able to collaborate with people and build strong working relationship within and across business units.
- Strong customer service ethic, subject to maintaining internal controls.
- Ability to work individually but as part of a large global team.
