About the Role
As an Associate Director, Transaction Banking Sales, you are responsible for actively managing and growing TSC and PCM portfolio of accounts through client acquisition, cross-sell and organic growth strategies. You will collaborate with the Relationship Manager, product management partners and other stakeholders to ensure an effective and value adding strategy is identified for the client whilst minimising all potential risks to ANZ. As a member of Transaction Banking team, you are also expected to display teamwork thru covers and backups in case needed.
In line with Transaction Banking business which covers both cash and trade, each member of the team is expected to cross trained and in the long run to be able to sell both cash and trade.

What will your day look like?
- Individual contribution to the Transaction Banking business. Deliver individual revenue target.
- Increase the total profit contribution of Transaction Banking by directly supporting Assets, Liabilities Revenue and client growth.
- Deliver new client acquisition targets and up-tiering existing relationships.
- Build and maintain insightful and value-added client relationships that support client’s ongoing Transaction Banking needs.
- Maintain a well-managed and sustainable portfolio, including adherence to global Transaction Banking policies and Group Compliance.
- Develop effective relationships through cross border/regional engagement with Transaction Banking colleagues in support of our client engagements.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Proven understanding of Transaction Banking segments, products, and overall transaction banking operations
- Strong understanding of the business and market environment in which ANZ operates
- Strong customer focus with excellent relationship management skills
- Results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to persevere and deliver outcomes
- Proactive and autonomous self-starter with a strong focus on quality and standards
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Korean and English language as the role will be liaising with local and global stakeholders
