About the Role
As an Analyst, Market Operations, you are responsible for daily processing of Market Products including derivatives, FX , Bond and MM, ensuring an excellent level of customer service, efficient processing, effective controls, and the provision of technical assistance to Market Sales team.
You are also responsible with the following:
- Deliver bottom-line business financial growth and/or business performance improvement through effective revenue generations, cost management and execution.
- Ensure sustainable growth through enhancing customer satisfaction and/or key initiatives that will deliver future value.
- Contribute to creation of a high-performance culture and a diverse and engaged team through effective collaboration and leadership.
- Operational Risk Management and Compliance. Escalation of issues identified On going compliance to learning and development activities – role and region specific.

Role Location: ANZ Branch, Seoul, South Korea
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- In-depth knowledge of Market/Payment and Cash Products operations and international/domestic transfer processing.
- Good knowledge of front/back-office processes and procedures.
- Working knowledge of accounting.
- Understanding of local legal and regulatory framework and bank’s Trade ETS policy, practices and standards.
- Good analytical and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proven planning, problem solving and organisation skills.
- Proficient in computer tools and applications.
