About the Role
As an Analyst, Client Services and KYC, your primary duties are to coordinate and track the Onboarding and Ongoing Customer Due Diligence (OCDD) cases whilst delivering service excellence, client satisfaction and ownership of continuous improvement initiatives and developing client solutions. You will support all new customer onboarding and OCDD ensuring that Korea regulatory requirements, ANZ AML/CTF policies are adhered with good level of knowledge and accuracy. Also as a Lending Ops officer, you will be handling daily Loan and Credit Admin related tasks. This includes loan processing, maintaining customer static/limit in the bank’s core systems, issuing LAA, and arranging customer facility documents. And you are also responsible for some of local regulatory reporting arrangement and submission (BOK-FEIS, FSS etc).

Role Type: Full-time; 17 months fixed term contract
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Proven experience in KYC across different client types (i.e. Corporate, Financial Institutions despite customer residency)
- Experience and understanding in credit and/or loan processing
- Good level of understanding of KYC regulations and Data sources
- Understanding on the local regulatory reporting specifically BOK and FSS
- Good relationship building and effective communication skills
- Client service minded with a positive mindset
- Achieving results with accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Korean and English language as the role will be communicating with local and global stakeholders
