About the Role

As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you'll be an integral part of our Business Banking team, supporting Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional outcomes for Small Business, Commercial and Agribusiness customers. What will your day look like?

As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

Build strong customer relationships by providing outstanding service, responding to enquiries, and supporting customers with their banking needs throughout their business journey.
Partner with Relationship Managers to manage and grow a portfolio of business customers, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and deliver tailored banking solutions.
Develop your credit and financial analysis skills by reviewing financial statements, cash flow forecasts and business performance information to support lending and portfolio decisions.
Coordinate customer and portfolio administration, ensuring documentation, compliance requirements and customer records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with colleagues and key stakeholders across the bank to deliver seamless customer experiences and contribute to a high-performing, team-focused culture.
Build your professional capability and banking expertise by actively participating in learning opportunities, strengthening your commercial acumen, risk awareness and relationship management skills.
