About the Role
As a Manager, Markets, you are responsible for managing and executing the Global Markets business strategy to achieve profitable growth expectations by promoting markets product through the supervision of the FX market, management of the traded currency and liquidity risk and deliver products to strategic and transactional clients.
In addition, you will be responsible with the following:
- Build and maintain relationships with client base in country in order to understand and service their needs from an interest rate, commodity and foreign exchange risk perspective in close collaboration with other markets
- Executing and continued development of sales framework and process around client base
- Lead revenue generation by analysing customer base area and developing and implementing sales, service and action plans to achieve sustainable growth and profit
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of FX products and the market environment
- Execute appropriate feedback channels to identify customer needs, trends and feedback across all segments
- Identify leads and sales opportunities to grow the customer portfolio
- Manage the migration and expansion of the existing customer base for both existing ANZ customers and new to ANZ customers

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Experience within the banking and/or finance industry.
- Knowledge of FX Sales, Trading and Balance Sheet management.
- Knowledge of financial products supported by an ability to identify opportunities for effective marketing mix.
- Good knowledge of front/back-office processes and procedures.
- Ability to work within a high-performance culture and display initiative, with a demonstrated ability to manage time and priorities.
- High level analytical skills with the ability to think laterally and the flexibility to be able to work in an environment of change.
