As a Business Assist Consultant, you will be responsible for handling account queries, maintenance and servicing requests from our business banking clients, liaising with frontline managers and external clients, and ensuring requests are resolved timely and accurately from start to end.
 

You are empowered to make decisions that is of best interest to the bank and our clients.
 

You are expected to complete a variety of servicing requests timely and accurately by effectively case managing these from the time the request is received until resolution.  We correspond mostly via email, so a high level of understanding in business writing and effective communication is required.

 

  • Location: Eastwood (MDC) or Makati (Solaris)

  • Role Type: Full-time & Permanent 

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
 

Effective case management – Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability and self-management in fulfilling work responsibilities.  
 

Proven strength in communicating and interacting across all levels in the organization – Confident and effective in communicating either by email (mainly) or phone.  Has the ability to convey messaging concisely and professionally.
 

Problem Solving and Decision Making – Able to come up with intelligent solutions and is confident in making decisions that is of best interest to the bank and our clients.
 

Ability to grasp concepts and processes quickly and accurately – Able to learn a multitude of processes and gain a high level of proficiency quickly.

 

Strong Customer Focus – Able to deliver the highest level of customer service and able to complete activities across multiple customer and external parties (preferably with experience in working in a fast-paced, Service Center environment)

 

Team-oriented – Able to operate effectively and efficiently as part of a wider team
