About the Role

 

As a Fraud Officer in ANZ’s Wholesale Digital Cyberfraud team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the bank’s strategy, purpose, and reputation by helping protect our Institutional and Corporate Banking customers from fraud and cyber-related threats.

Role Location: MDC 100 Building, Libis, Quezon City

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time,40hrs/week

Schedule: 24/7 Shifting Schedule. Note that weekend rest days are not guaranteed

What will your day look like?

 

As a Wholesale Digital Fraud Officer, you will:

  • Investigate suspicious payments flagged by Insto Falcon, our transaction monitoring system
  • Monitor and assess suspicious access attempts and malware activity on our digital platforms
  • Act as a case manager for customer fraud incidents, supporting investigation and fund recovery
  • Become a subject matter expert, sharing your knowledge across ANZ and with our customers
  • Collaborate with business teams to support process improvements, gather customer feedback, and enhance our team’s capabilities
  • Support the fraud analytics team in identifying fraud trends and refining detection rules

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and demonstrating empathy and sincerity in all interactions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive and tenacious approach to problem-solving, with strong attention to detail and a passion for seeing tasks through to completion
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple banking systems and procedures, and work efficiently across various platforms
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management and build strong referral networks and customer relationships
  • Preferably with background and working knowledge of institutional platforms such as Transactive Global, Transactive Trade, Account Support, and FileActive
