About the Role
The Unsecured Hardship Officer will be primarily involved in assessing and processing hardship requests from our consumer credit cards, personal loans, and consumer deposits customers. This function plays a crucial part in completing Statements of Position, following up on required documents, and providing valuable insights and recommendations for the approval or decline of hardship applications. All with the ultimate objective to assist customers during challenging financial periods and establish arrangements that are tailored to their needs.

Work Hours: Day-shift (AUS business hours)
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Proven experience in Collections and customer service campaigns
- Maintains consistent communications with customers about mutual expectations and can provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment where targets are requireed to be achieved
- Deliver results through the efficient actioning of accounts, both in terms of accounts worked in queues and customer (both internal/external) or 3rd party requests (depending on team allocation).
- Exposure to Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Internet explorer and the Windows interface will the key skillsrequired
