About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer focused on Business Process Automation to improve the Employee Experience at ANZ.
You’ll deliver high-value Automation, modernize technology practices (infrastructure as code, CI/CD, DevOps), and work in a collaborative, agile team.

Role Location: MDC 100 Eastwood, Quezon City
Work hours: New Zealand work hours
What will your day look like?
As a Software Engineer, you will:
- Design and develop automated solutions to drive efficiency and cost savings
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements
- Improve platform health, reduce technical debt, and deliver new features
- Share knowledge and support team learning
- Simplify and automate build, test, and deployment processes
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Experience with development languages (PHP Laravel TALL stack, SQL, .NET, C#, PowerShell, Git).
- Practice in business process analysis and improvement.
- Familiarity with Azure, Intune, DevOps, Openshift, Docker, Jenkins (nice to have).
- Relevant experience in a similar role, with hands-on exposure to Agile ways of working.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication, and teamwork.
- Passion for digital technology and end-user computing.
