About the Role

 

The Process Specialist is responsible for the settlements of deals through multiple clearing parties which are traded by multiple trading desks around the world for ANZ. Role is expected to contact traders, dealers, counterparties, customers and clearing houses by phone and email as well as Service and Post Trade. 

You will be responsible for the accurate and timely entry of product transactions into the various settlements systems and be required to liaise with traders/dealers and external parties to ensure completion of settlements.

Role Location: Solaris One Building, Makati  

Shift Schedule: Morning schedules will be adhered to, Australian Business Hours, M-F, Weekends Off, Australian holidays observed, Hybrid work set up

What will you bring?

 

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

 

  • Graduate of any banking or financial related discipline
  • Proven experience banking industry particularly in Markets Operation or settlements
  • Good experience in SWIFT and local payments systems
  • Sound knowledge and understanding on Markets products and local regulations
  • Experience in Markets operation areas in the commercial bank, investment bank and security company
  • Understanding of bank processes, including payment, settlement, inter-bank clearing etc.
  • Knowledgeable in ANZ payment systems (e.g. Payplus, MERVA, MIDS, MIDANZ, Webvoucher)
  • Sound communication skills both written and verbal and coupled with organising and prioritising skills
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office tools and applications
