About the Role

As a PB&A Senior Analyst in our Advisory Support Administration Team, you'll play a key role in supporting the Bank’s financial advisers by sourcing and managing relevant financial information as well as completing a variety of administrative tasks. The role will work in conjunction with the Process Support SME's to ensure flawless execution of various processes as guided by existing Procedure Guides. This role provides both Voice and non-Voice support and completion of assigned tasks in a timely and effective manner. The key capability for these positions is effective customer servicing as opposed to requiring extensive knowledge of a specific process or policy to be effective.

What will your day look like?


As the PB&A Senior Analyst, you will:

• You are expected to complete a variety of tasks/processes in a timely and accurate manner. Ensuring quality from start to finish with the customer’s best interests in mind. 

•  Identify any additional needs and escalate as needed or refer to the appropriate channel

• Collaborate with peers and seniors, working as a team to manage risks and ensure completion within service level agreements. 

• Liaise as needed with frontline managers and internal or external customers

• Demonstrate the values of Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability and Respect.

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Effective case management – Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability and self-management in fulfilling work responsibilities. 
  • Proven strength in communicating and interacting across all levels in the organization – Excellent Comms skills either by email or phone.  Has the ability to convey messages concisely and professionally.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making – Proven analytical skills and is confident in making decisions that is of best interest to the bank and our clients.
  • Ability to grasp concepts and processes quickly and accurately – Able to learn a multitude of processes and gain a high level of proficiency quickly.
