The Journey Expert – T&C HR Service Delivery is accountable for the end-to-end system support of the HR Service Delivery Module within the Service Now Platform encompassing HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee All Boarding journey, Employee Relations, Employee Service Portal, (PeopleHub), Employee Service Requests, Virtual Agent, HR Agent Workspace and the Now Mobile. This encompasses all of the HR Functions – from Core HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Management, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Reporting, Analytics and Experience Management. In addition, this role will also have oversight and accountability with the SAP Enable now platform as well. Knowledge of and experience in the HR functions and HR business processes, ability to drive requirements confirmation discussions, fit-gap analysis, prototyping and system configuration, data conversion (where applicable), testing and defect management are some of the skills and activities expected to be performed in the role of a functional consultant.
The Journey Expert – T&C Data and Reporting acts as a bridge between various data applications and the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) engineering team. This role involves supporting the T&C Data and Reporting team, ensuring integration and communication between key HR systems like SuccessFactors, SNOW, Qualtrics, and GCP. It requires knowledge of HR processes, leading requirement discussions, performing fit-gap analysis, data conversion, testing, and defect management.

Role Type: Full-time: This role is open for permanent and 12 months fixed term contract. The role has multiple opportunities at different levels depending on the relevant years of experience

What will your day look like?
- Collaborate with Global Digital Employee Experience Leaders and Global Talent Management & Learning SMEs to support business process improvements and functionality enhancements related to data.
- Ability to review and assess changes in the HR stack and determining how to deliver those changes. Enable the data model supporting the T&C team in these areas.
- Work on HR continuous improvement projects, including requirements, design, testing, implementation, training, and end-user support.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and internal technology partners to architect technology solutions based on industry best practices needed to drive business alignment.
- Collaborate with Business Product Owners to create technical user stories based on business-defined features that align with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, GCP configuration and other supported source applications.
- Recognize available options and select the appropriate course of action to continuously improve solutions and delivery processes with the highest business value.
- Manage and develop customer relationships and perceptions to achieve mutual goals. Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality.
- Liaise with onshore and offshore development teams to deliver robust solutions on time.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, prioritize and organize your time, project schedules and multiple project activities.
- Serve as a bridge between stakeholders in business and technology. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse and validate business requirements.
- Participate in user meetings to gain understanding of customers’ processes, requirements, and issues to offer solutions and continuous enhancements.
- Establish project management discipline and governance processes to support initiatives end to end, from project planning through testing to delivery, to ensure a successful end-user experience for all new deployments and ongoing maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors and integrations.

Client Relationship Development and Management
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Managing stakeholder relationships and communications at all stages of the project.
- Continuously support the development of our service offering and value proposition for the T&C Technology team.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across the business to extract required knowledge
What will you bring?
- Experience as an HR Functional Consultant in Data and Reporting with HR data and technology across various functional process areas
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM, Service Now, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) reporting capabilities and tools
- Experience in defining and driving Data Governance and Reporting strategies and technical enablement of the defined strategies.
- Previous consulting experience working with global companies / Exposure to Internal project work.
- Organized, self-motivated, highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and strongly desires to embrace change and solve problems.
- Extensive Implementation / Support experience in HR Service Delivery Module within ServiceNow.
- Extensive and relevant IT or Operations experience in ServiceNow HRSD and HR IT, People Operations.
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Module and Employee Centre
- Moderate experience as a Human Resource business user, or another HR role. Moderate experience in leading teams in SaaS/Agile product life cycle development.
- Strong experience and knowledge of HR operations and process across various functional areas
- At least 3 implementations of the Service Now HR Service Delivery module and employee centre as the HRSD lead functional consultant.
- Understanding of the unified Service Now solution and the touch points with other HCM applications (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud)

- Experience in all aspects of HRSD implementation/Continuous Improvement including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities.
- Experience on working with stakeholders on requirements and business process definition, Software Development/Systems Integration and Application Support
- Experience with Product Roadmap development and influencing key collaborators for consensus on business priorities. Ability to facilitate complex discussions.
- Experience in Project Management with a focus on design, development, testing, and delivery, including writing user stories for integration with third-party providers.
- Tools such as Jira and Confluence to ensure the tribe is planning and communicating its work as efficiently and effectively as possible
- Adept at using experience and knowledge of financial services industry, geographical and technology trends to assess and shape business solutions.
- The customer’s greatest fan – Demonstrates a thirst for better understanding the customer, define the problem and develop solutions through their eyes
- Deep Tech Area and Technology domain knowledge and experience, including ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors
- Adept at using experience and knowledge of financial services industry, geographical and technology trends to assess and shape business solutions.
- B.S Degree in a quantitative field
- Certification in HRSD Implementation required
