About the Role
The Collaboration (Microsoft 365) Engineer plays a critical role in supporting collaboration tools used by corporate and branch users in New Zealand, ensuring these services are secure, stable, and highly available. You will be part of a squad providing operational support across key Microsoft 365 platforms and related on premise systems. In this role, you will help deliver and support the tools that keep our people connected and productive. You’ll be working with multiple technologies within the Microsoft 365 space ensuring they run smoothly and meet business needs.

What will your day look like?
As a Collaboration (Microsoft 365) Engineer, you will:
- Provide support for various Collaboration tools (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Printers).
- Deliver new features and updates through projects and change requests.
- Troubleshoot incidents and fulfil requests in line with agreed SLAs.
- Recommend improvements and permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Share knowledge and guide users on best practices and risks.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- 3rd level experience with Microsoft 365 and related Collaboration tools.
- An understanding of ITIL, ITSM, IT security practice, Agile projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
