About the Role

As a Business Assist Consultant, your primary role is to support the Commercial Servicing Team in Australia for Business Banking and Small Business Banking Request.

What will your day look like?

As a Business Assist Consultant, you will support the Commercial Servicing Team for Business Banking and Small Business Banking requests. You will do case management and process Servicing Request. Your task will also include but not limited to; tracing requests, statement requests, address maintenance, limiting cancellations. You will also manage IG acceptance, check book and deposit book ordering and trust reviews such as Agent deposit book – Reorder, CLG Maintenance, CPID Changes, Invoice Payments, and Simple Fee Refund.

What will you bring?

 

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Strong background in risk and controls posture and preferably with experience in working in a fast-paced, Service Center environment

  • Customer service focus and ability to complete activities across multiple customer and external parties, and delivering highest level of customer service by ensuring that all security releases and variations are within service level agreements 

  • Demonstrate flexibility and open-mindedness in viewing various perspectives and approaching different work situations, constantly looking to improve processes and encourage advancement and displays a strong sense of accountability and self-management in fulfilling work responsibilities 

  • Deliver highest level of customer service by ensuring that all security releases and variations are within service level agreements

  • Preferably with experience in working in a fast-paced, Service Center environment 

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and clients with varying requirements
