About the Role
The Bankruptcy Officer processes requests and associated tasks related to when customers lodge bankruptcy through Trustees.
The role is primarily responsible for the ff.
-
providing account information requestd by the Bankruptcy Trustees and ensuring the request is analysed to ensure that the correct information/documents are provided in a timely manner

processing the requests received in outbound/back office and inbound calls and would need to use the various workflows that exist within the process

the role would be required to liaise with external customers and 3rd parties (e.g. Trustees) as well as many departments within ANZ in order to process the request.

deliver a positive customer experience to both internal and external customers

ensure all service level agreements are met whilst complying with requlatory and bank requirements
Role Location: MDC 100, Eastwood, Libis, QC
Shift Schedule: Morning shifts will be adhered to
Work set up: Onsite during onboarding training period, Hybrid after
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

Good working knowledge of banking & finance and regulatory compliance with specific experience in Collections

Ability to work in a fast paced environment where targets need to be reached and meet deadlines

Exposure to Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Internet explorer and the Windows interface is expected

Proven ability to provide quality customer service.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Strong numerical and analytical skills
