The Audit Manager – Group Capability Centre, Manila is responsible for delivering assigned audit with high standard within agreed timeline, delivering independent assurance over the effectiveness of governance, risk management and controls.

What will your day look like?
As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Delivering assigned audit with high standard within agreed timeline, delivering independent assurance over the effectiveness of governance, risk management and controls.
- Reporting to the Audit Director – GCC, the role executes operational audits and contributes to evidence-based assessment of control effectiveness.
- Working closely with audit teams and business stakeholders to deliver high quality audit outcomes in accordance with Internal Audit methodology and global Internal Audit standards, while contributing specialist operational risk insights and supporting a strong speak- up culture.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Strong expertise in internal audit methodology, evidence standards and issue validation
- Solid understanding of GCC operations, process, controls and dependencies
- Proven ability to assess conduct, regulatory, fraud, tech and transactions risk
- Effective stakeholder engagement and clear communication of audit insights
- Ability to support team development and promote a speak-up culture
- Exposure to remediation, operational, and transformation audits
