About the Role

As an ASAT Analyst in our Advisory Support Administration Team, you’ll play a key role in helping and providing support to Financial Advisors and/or Case Managers by completing back-office admin tasks. This role ensures completion of BAU tasks as well as maintain quality of assigned processes as indicated in the approved Quality Framework and SOW metrics. The role will work in conjunction with the Process Support SME's to ensure flawless execution of various processes as guided by existing Procedure Guides.

What will your day look like?

As an ASAT Analyst, you will:

 

  • Deliver accurate and efficient processing of requests and cases to meet agreed SLAs and quality standards.
  • Ensure all service requests are completed error-free in line with the Quality Framework.
  • Maintain consistency in daily output and uphold high-quality standards.
  • Process, complete, or check assigned requests within SLA timelines as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of processes and procedures to accurately respond to adviser and service provider queries.
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager and SMEs to identify and manage error trends, ensuring a strong focus on quality.
  • Perform quality control activities such as peer checking or hindsight reviews as required.
  • Ensure data integrity across all core systems, trackers, and documentation, including timely completion of relevant reports.
  • Partner with Operations Manager and SMEs to identify improvement opportunities for process efficiency and quality.
  • Support SMEs with daily BAU tasks and deliverables.
  • Ensure all services comply with governance requirements, policies, and legal/regulatory standards.
  • Resolve issues promptly or escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
  • Proven ability to self-manage and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated engagement and influencing skills to collaborate across teams.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the ANZ Operational Risk Framework and associated policies (or similar risk and compliance frameworks) is an advantage
