About the Role

We have an opportunity available for a 3rd level Infrastructure Engineer – Digital Workplace role in Employee Experience, supporting the platforms & systems used by our employees across the country.

 

In this role, you will support the platforms and endpoints used by corporate and branch users in New Zealand to ensure they are available, stable, up-to-date, secure and productive endpoint devices.

Role Location: MDC 100 Eastwood, Quezon City
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
Work hours: New Zealand work hours

What will your day look like?

As 3rd level Infrastructure Engineer, your responsibilities will include the following: 

 

  • 3rd level Desktop and Server Operating System support including deployment, troubleshooting, Group Policy, Intune policy, Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure support – Citrix (VDI, PVS, ADC etc) 
  • Azure W365 Cloud PC support
  • Application and update deployment – SCCM and Intune 
  • An interesting mix of incident response, planned Change work and Agile projects
  • Work with our key stakeholders – Application owners, cybersecurity, Commodity Compute, Change Management – and of course our customers; ANZ Employees.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • 3rd level experience and qualifications with the technologies above
  • An understanding of ITIL, ITSM, IT security practice, Agile projects. 
  • A knowledge of Microsoft’s Azure ecosystem
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills
  • Works well in a team and has a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • A customer-centric approach
