About the Role
As a Priority Teller, Corporate Centre, you will support the Corporate Centre Manager and will be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of customer transaction banking requests. You will collaborate with our customers and ANZ relationship teams to understand requirements, guide expectations, and ensure accurate completion.

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
What will your day look like?
- Completing enquiries and requests from PNG Customers and Bankers accurately and within agreed timeframes.
- Ensuring customer communications are easy to understand and are followed up to ensure timely response from customers. supporting a positive customer experience.
- Timely and effective resolution of escalations/complaints with requestor and/or customer.
- Working collaboratively with processing teams and key stakeholders, to ensure we meet the customers’ expectations.
- Raising incidents and customer complaints in a timely manner in line with ANZ compliance procedures.
- Helping identify improvements in practices and procedures to drive business efficiency, quality culture and customer centricity
- Building and maintaining good collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders and broader business team members.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, legislation and regulations (Statutory and Regulatory).
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Relevant exposure or experience in a similar industry
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience with strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to pivot and multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and deliver within deadlines
- Technical proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
