ANZ Private caters to ANZ's highest net worth individuals and family groups, assisting them to manage, grow and preserve their assets. We provide our clients with a personalised relationship and holistic solutions tailored to their values, aspirations, needs and concerns and their financial situation.

Work Hours: Full time role (40 hours per week)

What will your day look like?

In this Perth based role, you will be managing a portfolio of private clients with deposit, lending (Retail) and personal banking needs. You will be the primary relationship contact supported by specialists enabling timely and relevant solutions for all your clients’ needs.
 

• Margin Management
• Maximise client satisfaction with disciplined contact plan each week
• Ensure all transactional banking and lending solutions are suitable and compliantly executed and that client expectations are effectively managed
• Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders through effective communication to achieve best outcome for client & team
• Deliver a well managed portfolio across all NFR & Credit Risk expectations

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Strong & influencing relationship management skills
• Deposits/Transactional Banking knowledge
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Stakeholder Management to navigate the Bank
• Lending & Advice knowledge to execute or spot & refer
• CRM proficiency - High utilization to manage client base
