The Associate, Commercial FX Sales works in collaboration with the Commercial Division Relationship Manager teams to identify, deliver and execute FX solutions for customers within the SME & DSI customer segments.  

The Associate, Commercial FX Sales WA is critical to making this happen and will:

•    Achieve revenue targets for Commercial FX Sales
•    Support FX Specialists in achieving revenue targets
•    Improve customer satisfaction and franchise feedback
•    Focus on increasing customer calls, growing your business and building pipeline
•    Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to improve the customer and employee experience
•    Promote collaborative relationships and culture across the Commercial FX Team
•    Create learning opportunities out of everyday situations to build product and customer knowledge
•    Align and adhere with Markets governance policies, processes and standards and with external regulatory requirements

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

•    Sales experience, with a customer focus
•    Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to influence and collaborate with cross functional teams
•    Knowledge of Markets products, preferred
•    Proven ability to identify customer opportunities and build relationships
•    Tertiary qualified and relevant professional industry accreditation (AFMA Accreditation), preferred
