About the Role
As an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM), you will partner with Relationship Managers to support the effective management of Commercial and SME customer portfolios. The role is responsible for customer onboarding, customer due diligence, portfolio maintenance, credit fulfilment, documentation management, compliance monitoring, operational risk remediation and data integrity activities.

Role Type: Permanent; Full-time
What will your day look like?
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of Commercial and SME customers, ensuring documentation, due diligence requirements and system establishment activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate and complete all periodic KYC reviews, OCDD and ECDD requirements across Commercial and SME portfolios.
- Coordinate annual review requirements, obtain customer information, and ensure timely completion of review obligations.
- Execute facility establishment, security implementation, drawdowns, account maintenance and Day 2 checks across CBS, Trade360, Razor and CCMS within 30 calendar days of approval.
- Manage term deposit rollovers, maturity updates, rate confirmation and associated Day 2 controls.
- Identify, track and remediate CCMS reportable events, DDR findings and operational control issues.
- Remediate data integrity issues identified through LUR reviews, Daily Excess Management reviews, Monthly Unmatched CCR reviews and other control processes.
- Manage document retention and FileNet uploads including financial statements, valuations, insurance certificates, KYC and credit documentation.

- Strong understanding of Commercial and SME Banking, KYC/AML requirements, credit fulfilment processes, banking systems, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated strengths in customer focus, risk management, data accuracy, collaboration, execution excellence, problem solving, and commercial acumen.
- A highly organised execution specialist who ensures customer portfolios are effectively managed, remain compliant, and operate efficiently while delivering superior customer outcomes.
- Superior problem-solving capacity - You efficiently resolve day-to-day client queries and issues, escalate complex matters appropriately, and support the Relationship Manager in delivering timely and practical solutions.
- Excellent support service - You provide responsive and professional support as a reliable point of contact to internal and external stakeholders, helping maintain positive client experiences and strong working relationships.
- Highly organized - You maintain accurate records and documentation, manage competing priorities and follow-ups, and ensure smooth coordination and administration across client portfolios.
