We have an exciting opportunity to join the Tech-Personal BA Practice, and work within fantastic teams. You will work in an agile, customer centric and collaborative team, working with a range of business and technical stakeholders to deliver outcomes and value for our customers. You will apply the necessary business analysis skills, techniques and activities to understand, validate, synthesise, articulate problems, opportunities, requirements, options and solutions.
You will be part of an awesome technical team, you will be well-supported with opportunities for your personal development and growth, put that into a great area that is growing and changing, you might have your ideal role.

Hours: Standard 37.5 hours per week

In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Support the team to visualise, understand and document the flow of features through development all the way to the customer
- Contribute to breaking down initiatives into smaller increments
- Elicit and Document requirements – utilising JIRA and Confluence
- Identify and raise technology and operational risks, issues and potential impact within the organisation, team or project
- Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement/s and implementation of solution/s to work more effectively and efficiently
- Actively participate in tasks and/or actions which improve timeliness, reduce costs or enhance quality of delivery
- Actively seek to increase learning on ANZ Techniques / Tools that will improve delivery to Customer (i.e. QBR, ADF, Agile)
- Develop, Manage and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders.

Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?
We know that you may not have a lot of ANZ systems and applications knowledge – that’s ok – we can teach you that. But what we do need is an emerging BA with some good technical skills with an understanding of and (preferably) experience in the tools and techniques of the Business Analysis craft!
To be successful in this role, you will be/ bring:
- Problem solver, critical thinker, agile thinker, Scrum/Agile ways of working
- Elicitation techniques such as facilitating workshops to gather requirements to achieve business outcomes.
- Curiosity and a passion to learn, develop and pro-actively develop your skills
- Good communicator both written, verbal and visual to ensure shared clarity on outcomes.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Understand, accept and support the need for change and adapt your own behaviours to changing circumstances and constructively provide input/s.
- Knowledge of software development principles and practices..
- Previous experience or expertise in one or more of the following disciplines is ideal, but not mandatory: Business Analysis, Digital Delivery, Data Analysis, Business Process re-engineering.
