We’re excited by user experience/interface and are looking for an experienced Experience Designer to help us in creating beautiful experiences that delight our customers.

Ka aha tō rā e kite ai - What will your day look like
As a Senior Designer, your key accountabilities include:
- Contribute to digital projects, bringing your strong UX and UI design skills to the fore.
- Craft and deliver design artefacts that are high quality, consistent, coherent and align with our digital design strategy and design systems.
- Use research and analytics insights to inform, prototype and validate design solutions iteratively across digital channels.
- Ultilise and contribute to ANZ design system.
- Provide design support to the delivery teams with required design asset, specifications and quality check.
- Advocate design thinking by bringing customer insights and data to the decision table.
- Advocate for inclusive design principles especially accessibility across design projects and initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to bring them along on the design journey with you.
Ōu Pūkenga - What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- A developed understanding of the many facets of UX/UI design and design thinking.
- Many years’ experience undertaking user experience and user interface design activities.
- Proficient in user interface design, visual design, prototyping, interaction design, usability testing, concept generation, analyse and synthesise insights.
- Experience in using and contributing to a design system.
- Experience in responsive web and mobile technologies (iOS and Android).
- Good knowledge of designing inclusively with a strong focus on applying digital accessibility in design.
- Confidence with a range of design tools including Adobe CC, Sketch, Invision, Figma, Axure and Abstract, whilst being open and adaptive to new trends and technologies.
- Good understanding of web and mobile technologies.
- Proficient in project planning, communication and presentation, including an aptitude for convincing others of the value of their ideas.
- A fascination with how customers experience products and services and have a hunger to improve those experiences.
- Great work ethic, proactive and positive mindset.
