As a Digital Performance Specialist in our Marketing Performance (Digital Performance) team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team’s mission to drive growth through data-led digital marketing performance. In this role, you’ll analyse performance and help optimise results, while building your skills in digital marketing and analytics within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

As a Digital Performance Specialist, you’ll be supporting the Digital Performance team to deliver data-led campaigns and overarching digital marketing insights that drive growth and improve customer experiences across digital channels.
- Analysing digital journeys, analytics, campaign data and building reports to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation
- Supporting the execution of digital campaigns and using performance data to refine and improve outcomes
- Contributing to test-and-learn activities, using data analytics to measure impact and inform decisions
- Collaborating with team members to ensure data-driven, compliant campaign delivery aligned to business goals

What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- Extensive digital marketing experience
- Strong data analytics capability, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into clear, actionable insights
- A good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including performance marketing, media buying platforms, and conversion metrics
- Curiosity and critical thinking skills to identify trends, opportunities, and optimisation ideas
- Experience (or exposure) to analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage data, reporting, and campaign tasks accurately
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members
