As our Visual Designer – Motion, you’ll bring ANZ’s brand to life through 2D and 3D motion, video, and illustration that spark emotion and deliver real business results

Ka aha tō rā e kite ai? - What will your day look like
- Create high-quality motion, video, and visual design assets that enhance campaigns and strengthen ANZ’s brand storytelling.
- Creative development — from storyboards and treatments to final execution.
- Combine craft and commercial thinking to deliver content that performs.
- Experiment with GenAI tools to explore visual styles, improve workflows, and scale creative output.
- Collaborate across creative, brand, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, accessible, and on-brand content.
- Bring ideas to life through motion, storytelling, and 2D & 3D design that moves people.
- You’ll join Hustle Creative Studio, our in-house team of designers, writers, and makers who create campaigns that connect with millions of customers.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Proven skills in 2D and 3D motion design, animation, video editing, and illustration.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and at least one major 3D platform such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Curiosity with using GenAI tools to concept, visualise, and enhance production.
- Many years of experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment.
- Strong collaboration, organisation, and attention to detail — balancing creativity, quality, and efficiency.
