About the Role
As an Assistant Manager - Property & Central Services USA, you will support the management of core Central Services accounts tasks alongside Property and Premises activities across the New York Branch, ensuring effective facilities administration including property and premises management, building services, leasing and insurance. You will also oversee branch operations through health and safety oversight and mailroom management, while supervising MIS reporting, maintaining building service quality standards, and driving process and cost efficiencies.
A key focus of the role is Accounts Payable and PSAP activities, including accounts management, accounts payable, reconciliations and expense management across NOSTRO and suspense accounts, ensuring accuracy, control, and timely processing of financial transactions while supporting efficient and well-governed branch operations.

What will your day look like?
As an Assistant Manager - Property & Central Services you will;
- Assist in managing efficient day-to-day PSAP processes within the Branch operating model
- Monitor downstream HUB processing and resolve issues to maintain TLM account quality
- Resolve payment breaks in coordination with internal teams
- Administer access to JP Morgan, Bank of Montreal and Federal Reserve accounts
- Ensure compliance with NFR frameworks and support adherence to control standards
- Independently assess risk and escalate issues or concerns when required
- Support Branch health and safety requirements and organise building security risk assessments
- Manage efficient Front and Back Office operating processes across the Branch
- Assist with third-party risk management (TPRM) and vendor arrangements
- Manage landlord interactions and oversee lease payments
- Oversee contractor management across property, procurement and outsourcing activities
- Support projects and change initiatives including lease renewal analysis and engagement with external brokers, architects and workplace strategy teams
