The Agricultural Relationship Manager is critical to making this happen and key responsibilities of the role will include the following:

Establish and grow profitable relationships within your defined portfolio which will primarily include red meat (sheep and beef) and dairy

Develop and demonstrate knowledge of your customer’s business to support proactive solutions to meet their current and future needs and business objectives

Commit to the development and growth of a customer portfolio whilst maintaining effective relationships with many existing long term clients
-
Work collaboratively with various teams within Commercial and Agri and across the wider bank to support your customers’ growth and ongoing success

Enhance ANZ’s profile in the marketplace through networking and demonstrating our point of difference
Role Location: New Plymouth
Role Type: 7-month Secondment/ Fixed Term, Full Time Hours

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Confident networking skills to enhance customer relationships, and maximise and grow portfolios

Proficiency in evaluating financial accounts, budget and cash-flow

Strong communication and relationship building skills

The ability to act decisively without complete information
-
Excellent solution selling capability
-
Previous experience in banking and/or exposure to the rural sector would be desired.
