Role Type: Permanent, Full Time

In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

• Be a brand ambassador for ANZ by presenting at seminars and workshops.

• Identify and meet customer’s long term and short term needs through the provision of ANZ's range of home loan products.

• Provide a QFE advice proposition to customers needing Home Lending advice.

• Demonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues.

• Guide and assist customers through each step of the Home Buys journey, delivering exceptional service resulting in customer advocacy.

• Foster collaborate internal relationships across Personal, Business and Private Banking to ensure delivery of seemless customer experience.

• Generate new business for ANZ by creating and managing a productive network of external influences.

• Proactively manage business development activity, risk frameworks and legislative requirements.

Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Superior home lending and risk management skills.

• Previous experience in Business Banking is advantageous, however we are happy to help support the right candidate in developing these skills

• Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer focused role

• High level of knowledge on home buying process and industry

• Excellent communication skills both written and oral

• A positive attitude with a growth mind-set

• Expertise in developing new business and effective relationship management.
