About the Role
As a part of the Investor Sales team in India, you’ll play a key role in driving business by pitching financial products and solutions to institutional clients. The candidate is expected to drive revenue growth, enhance client engagement, and contribute to the firm’s overall market positioning in the rates space. Candidate must demonstrate high levels of professionalism, product expertise, and collaborative spirit, while ensuring strict adherence to internal controls, compliance standards, and ethical conduct.

What will your day look like?
- Cover a portfolio of institutional clients including banks, life insurers, and NBFCs, with a focus on cultivating and maintaining long-term strategic relationships.
- Provide clients with timely and relevant market updates, macroeconomic analysis, and actionable FX/Rates strategies.
- Assess clients’ exposures and risk appetite to deliver bespoke FX solutions tailored to their specific financial needs.
- Actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions to deepen engagement and identify new business opportunities.
- Stay abreast of global FX trends, geopolitical shifts, and regulatory changes.
- Work closely with trading desks to execute structured and strategic FX transactions.
- Independently structure, price, and execute transactions, prepare term sheets.
- Independently run clients’ onboarding, ISDACSA etc negotiations.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with internal control standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks.
- Maintain the highest standards of professional integrity, governance, and ethical conduct in all client and internal interactions
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Strong understanding of FX and Rates products, as well as financial institution dynamics
- Proven experience in financial markets sales
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver results
- Extensive knowledge of regulations, with strong product and solution expertise
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and product and functional partners
- Advanced proficiency in Bloomberg, Reuters, and MS Excel
- Deep understanding of FX markets, macroeconomics, and geopolitical drivers
- Ability to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Skilled in identifying cross-sell opportunities across asset classes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Exemplary conduct and adherence to the firm’s values and code of conduct
- MBA or Master’s in Finance from a top-tier institute; Chartered Accountant preferred
