About the Role

As a Senior Risk Manager, you will lead the review, working with our teams across the end-to-end home loans business and implementing the outcomes of the review as required.

To be successful in this role, you need to deeply understand the process and data and to demonstrate strong systems thinking and controls design capability.

What will you bring?

•    Strong experience in non-financial risk management, with proven OR&C, Assurance and/or controls design experience
•    Experience with retail credit risk management 
•    A dynamic individual who has exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, able to work with a wide variety of experts.
•    You are passionate about creating simpler, more effective customer and banker experiences
•    Experience with reviewing and designing processes, systems and policies
•    Problem Solving Skills & Delivering Results: Draws on multiple data sources and networks to understand the problem, devise innovative technical & non-technical solutions and deliver on the way forward, considering effective risk management processes and strategies
•    Strong data skills, the ability to draw insights and use them to drive change
•    Very strong communication skills, with experience in messaging complicated information to senior stakeholder groups
•    You act as an advocate, enhancing the customer experience by challenging and encouraging others to put the customer first
