What will your day look like

Working across the Strategic Communications team, assisting in the design and delivery of engaging employee and stakeholder events in support of ANZ’s strategy, reputation, and culture. Events include CEO’s leadership team conference, webcasts, building activations and town halls.

 

This role is accountable for:

 

  • Assisting the Event Manager and communication colleagues in delivering complex event projects with significant senior executive / customer involvement
  • Developing relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues in property, technology, procurement, and catering 
  • Set up and maintenance of events and contact cards on ANZ’s approved event management tools
  • Evaluating the outcome of events in order to continue to improve the delivery and execution

  • Curious about new ideas, looks ahead for blockers or opportunities
  • Exercises sound judgement in a changing environment
  • Calm under pressure
  • Experience in tools used for virtual events
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to understand and identify insights from post event data and how these insights can be used for continual improvement
