About the Role

Role Location: Melbourne, VIC or Sydney, NSW
Role Type: 12 month Secondment, Full Time

This role is a key project and change management position within Product Central with responsibility for effectively delivering change into the business, whilst also managing Business As Usual (BAU) activities. Projects and change initiatives will include those material changes with impacts at a product business level across TB ad Institutional, in response to industry, regulatory or business change. The role will ensure that product change management and commercialisation activities are effectively delivered so that TB Products are ready to serve and ready to sell. This position will also actively support and encourage the team to develop change management and commercialisation best practise approaches, including uplifting quality of change delivered and ensuring consistency in approach.

This position will require excellent stakeholder engagement to ensure business and customer impacts are well understood and accounted for when delivering change into the business.

What will your day look like?

Your accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsibility for delivering material change into the business in response to industry, regulatory or business change.
  • Undertake detailed assessment of change impacts and risks; working with impacted business areas to address these impacts and risks appropriately.
  • Risk management disciplines to ensure risks are assessed in line with the I.AM Framework and Non-Financial Risk management procedures.
  • Plan, track and monitor change delivery ensuring change is delivered on time, on budget, with risks effectively managed and stakeholders engaged.
  • Effective discipline is maintained to ensure Product complies with all regulatory and ANZ Policy compliance related obligations.
  • Contributes to the development of an effective / efficient product and documentation change management framework.
  • Effectively manage documentation change, lead forum and actively manage portal to ensure documentation change best practices are embedded within the business.
  • Promote a consistent and aligned message across products, geographies and business units
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders throughout ANZ
  • Lead with integrity and have the ability to engage stakeholders, and effectively collaborate to bring the right people together to work as a team.  
  • Establish trusted relationships enabling respectful discussions of different views when it matters to get the right solution.
