About the Role

 

As a Wellbeing & Safety Specialist you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality W&S subject matter expertise and the delivery of W&S projects. In this role, you will be involved in the development and maintenance of timely and effective W&S products and programs and ensure that they meet the needs of the business and that ANZ meets its Wellbeing & Safety accountabilities.

What will your day look like?

 

  • Supporting W&S activities including incident response and investigation, auditing, risk assessment, W&S projects and ensuring that targets & objectives are achieved
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers & stakeholders
  • Providing quality and timely coaching, advice, and support on W&S matters
  • Promoting W&S to key stakeholders
  • Reviewing the implementation of W&S products & programs across ANZ workplaces and providing feedback on good practices as well as opportunities for improvement
  • Ensuring that all services delivered comply with governance requirements, policies, processes, and with legal & regulatory requirements

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Tertiary qualification and prior experience in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Experience in the management and delivery of W&S projects, learning modules and/or W&S technology systems  
  • Experience in implementing W&S in large, multi-site businesses
  • Experience developing and providing solutions to wellbeing and safety issues
  • Knowledge of trends and of relevant OH&S legislation
  • Experience and success in building strong and collaborative working relationships
  • An ability to influence stakeholders and make a positive impact
  • Excellent communication, planning, organisation and reporting skills
