About the Role

The role advertised is Team Lead - Cashflow Solutions (4.2), reporting into the Senior Manager for Cashflow Solutions in the National Business Centre. The position is a permanent, full-time leadership role responsible for leading a team of bankers and delivering strong customer, revenue, risk, and people outcomes. 

Leading a team of 12 bankers in Cashflow Solutions who manage the 1800 inbound sales line for Small Business Customers.Delivering sales and revenue outcomes while maintaining a compliant and well-managed business.Driving customer experience with a focus on customer and employee engagement, and execution of the B&PB growth strategy.

What will your day look like?

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

Sales and revenue performance with a whole of customer focus.Reducing customer and product attrition across lending, business accounts, and working capital products.

Improving customer experience outcomes, including Net Promoter Score (NPS).Driving team productivity through effective sales operating rhythms, response times, and opportunity conversion.

Managing operational and credit risk responsibilities.Building a coaching culture that develops bankers' capability and credit expertise.Influencing and collaborating with stakeholders to solve complex problems and strengthen customer focus.

Managing workforce planning, rostering, and operational efficiency to deliver responsive customer service
