Manages and executes sourcing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall category strategy and business objectives. Stakeholder collaboration, high value contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management are core to this role.

What will your day look like?
This role is accountable for:
- Manage and execute strategic sourcing events, working closely with the Category Manager to ensure category alignment and the Procurement Business Partner to meet business objectives. This includes, market analysis, supplier engagement, RFI/P development, bid evaluation, and negotiations.
- Implement innovative sourcing methodologies and strategies to achieve maximum benefit and value for money while reflecting business objectives, category complexities, and market dynamics.
- Manage, coordinate and contribute to commercial negotiations, upholding high professional and ethical standards with a strong focus on risk management.
- Lead drafting and finalisation of contracts, collaborating with Procurement Legal and Sourcing Specialists/Analysts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Undertake data-driven analysis and research of suppliers and supply market trends, developments, risks and innovations to inform strategic procurement planning and decision-making.
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and industry trends that may impact sourcing activities, proactively addressing any challenges or disruptions.

• Policy Compliance & Management: Ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance in sourcing activities.
• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms and high-value contracts with suppliers.
• Relationship Management: Ability to manage and nurture supplier relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and value creation.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Professional Certification in Procurement
