About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you will be working closely with our business partners to provide solution to different problems related to Identity and Access Management. Customer identity and authorisation to most of banking services are gated by our platform.

What will your day look like?
You will be responsible for:
- Understand existing system design and architecture.
- Actively contribute to design discussions and suggest improvements.
- Hands-on development of features in Golang using gRPC.
- Take ownership of tasks from design through implementation and delivery.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Write unit tests and automated integration tests to ensure quality.
- Continuously refine code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in PR reviews and incorporate feedback quickly.
- Work closely with team members in an agile setup and support deliveries.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Strong willingness to be hands-on and actively code/build solutions daily.
- Experience in Identity and Access Managements is mandatory.
- Basic programming knowledge (Golang is a plus, not mandatory).
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and quickly grasp new concepts.
- Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability.
- Good problem-solving skills and collaboration mindset.
