About the Role
As a Social Impact Project Manager in our Group ESG team, you’ll play a key role in helping to support ANZ’s strategy, purpose and help improve our reputation by working in partnership with community organisations (including Indigenous organisations) to deliver projects to improve our financial education programs.

Role Type: 12-month Fixed Term contract
Role Location: Melbourne
Work Hours: Part-time, 32 hours
What will your day look like?
As a Social Impact Project Manager, you will
- Support the Social Impact Initiatives Lead with projects to improve our financial education programs, including the creation of new MoneyBusiness financial education modules for community professionals working with First Nations participants.
- Develop and review financial education content for First Nations and other participants.
- Support and/or maintain excellent relations with community partners and vendors (including Indigenous led organisations).
- Contribute to the success of ANZ’s customer financial wellbeing initiatives, products, and service by sharing insights gained from community partnerships.
- Support social impact projects across the team when required.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Demonstrated experience managing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in adult education and training or instructional design
- Demonstrated relationship building skills
- Experience working collaboratively with Indigenous led organisations
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure within various constraints
- Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated problem solving skills
