About the Role

The purpose of this role is to build and maintain Home Loan capability and driving ales performance of HILM’s and establishing a baseline of Home Loan knowledge and performance across the ABN. Primarily the role will be responsible for building and maintaining the technical Home Loan Capability of HILM’s Secondly it will be responsible for building and maintaining the Home Loan business development capability of our HILM’s. This will enable HILM’s to confidently and efficiently meet the Home Loan needs of customers

What will your day look like?

As Specialist Sales Manager, you are accountable for:

• Supporting the Special Lending population to drive key metrics around Financial, Risk & Customer

• Interacting with key stakeholder, including District Manager, Branch Manager, Head Office team

What will you bring?

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Strong understanding of the ANZ end to end Home Loan business including systems/process/Policies and Procedures    

• Proven coaching skills

• Strong networking and relationship building skills    

• Proven sales track record

• Strong communication skills    

• Strong credit skills and knowledge
