The Senior Project Manager, Digital Risk and Transformation is critical to making this happen and will be responsible for leading and delivering projects in the transformation agenda, specifically building new capabilities for Credit Risk, Collections and Hardship. The successful applicant will be responsible for the scoping, planning, stakeholder management, people management, issue and risk management, and financial management through the end to end project life cycle. Critical to the role, is the ability to facilitate decision making with a broad range of project stakeholders.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Knowledge of and experience with project delivery processes and frameworks
  • Makes timely decisions in rapidly changing and high-risk situations
  • Experience with Credit Risk systems and processes
  • Experience in planning, structuring and delivering medium to large system implementation projects
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and management
  • The willingness and the ability to persuade, convince, influence or impress others in order to gain support for or agreement to an idea or concept.
  • Experience in project financial management
  • Proactive identification and management of project issues and risks
