About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Lead, Workforce Surveying to lead ANZ's enterprise workforce surveying and employee listening capability.

This is a specialist leadership role within Workforce Strategy & Analytics, responsible for defining and evolving ANZ's approach to employee listening, overseeing large-scale workforce surveys, and driving valuable workforce insights through data and analytics. As the organisation's subject matter expert for the Qualtrics Employee Experience Platform, you'll play a critical role in helping leaders better understand employee experiences and make informed, data-driven decisions.

What will your day look like?

In this role, you will:

• Lead ANZ's enterprise workforce surveying and employee listening strategy, ensuring continuous improvement and best-practice research and survey methodologies.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale employee surveys and employee self-service survey programmes.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the Qualtrics Employee Experience Platform, including platform administration, optimisation and governance.
• Help design and implement survey platform integration with HRIS (SuccessFactors) and Cloud Analytical platforms to generate meaningful workforce insights.
• Partner with stakeholders across Talent & Culture, Technology and Risk to deliver strategic employee listening outcomes.
• Lead offshore and third-party delivery partners to ensure high-quality execution of survey programmes.
• Drive strong data governance, privacy, operational risk management and compliance standards.
• Support workforce reporting, analytics and insight generation to inform business decision-making.

What will you bring?

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Deep hands-on expertise in the Qualtrics Employee Experience Platform or a comparable enterprise survey platform.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale global employee surveys involving 20,000+ respondents.
• Strong survey methodology, employee listening and research expertise. – Minimum 8 years
• Excellent project management skills and a track record of leading complex survey delivery outcomes.
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy and risk management practices.

• Demonstrable experience with text analytics, sentiment analysis or advanced survey analytics.
• Preferably demonstrated experience integrating survey platforms with HR systems and cloud analytics environments.
• Qualifications in Industrial / Organisation Psychology, Beahvioural Science, Statistics, Analytics or related discipline
• Preferable to have certifications in Qualtrics, and / or any other relevant Employee Survey Platform
