About the Role
Supporting the Group Company Secretary in leading the Board Management Office in providing best practice support to the Directors of ANZ. This role will be a key interface with the Board of Directors of ANZ, working directly with them.

What could your day look like?
- Managing the collation and distribution of board and board committee agendas and papers and providing a centre of excellence of advice across the ANZ Group
- Leading the provision of all services to ANZ Group Directors, including in relation to pay, superannuation, expenses, travel, induction etc
- Managing process and policy improvement reviews, including benchmarking against other companies
- Organising Board trips, visits and events, including liaising with senior advisors.
- Providing materials for input into ANZ’s reporting suite of documents
- Assisting with corporate governance projects at the direction of the Group Company Secretary or Deputy Company Secretary
- Leading the administrative function of the Corporate Governance team, including supplier onboarding and related risk related reviews, invoicing, expense management etc
What will you bring?
- Breadth of experience in providing Board Management services to Directors of ASX listed companies, ideally financial services (APRA regulated)
- Excellent communication skills and experience in dealing directly with the most senior people in an organisation
- Experienced in people management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experienced in process improvement/simplification
- Mindset promoting growth and change
